KCON from way up there!

I was at the KCon the past weekend. My third year of attending the event. I thought of sharing what went on my mind during the two-day conference.

I was one of the first members of LOJ Pilar to reserve a ticket for upper box. Guess where I seated? General Admission! sa P50.00 ba? hahaha! (Yon yong ang nauuna ay nahuhuli, at ang nahuhuli ay nauuna! hahaha!)...I ended up there because my two girls were with me. I always bring them to the KCOn and other events of LOJ. Why? Because I want to bring them with me, and because I do not have a "yaya" to care for them when I am away. But the first reason weighs more. I love bringing my daughters with me. My prayer is that they grow up knowing and serving the Lord. And what is the best way to do this? Start early! So, there we were at the top! ...WE ENJOYED IT! Although we cannot see the faces of the preachers anymore, and Aiai Delas Alas...It was pure bliss to be there while dancing and singing for the Lord. It was awesome!

It is prohibited to bring in food. Know that if you have kids with you, and around you are food sellers offering popcorn, hotdog, etc, and it was expensive... for me, it was! hehe... thank god my kids can understand when I say I cannot buy popcorn because I lack budget at the moment...haay! ...you know kids who will throw tantrums whenever they ask their parents to buy something and the parents don't? I AM SO LUCKY GOD ASSIGNED TO ME KIDS WHO UNDERSTANDS IT PERFECTLY WHEN I SAY WE BUY THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT, AND IF TO SAVE OR EARN IT IF THEY WOULD WANT TO BUY "LUXURY"...but of course, food is a necessity, but I can bargain which food will satisfy our hunger that moment. Great!

On my third year, my kids and I were always welcomed by our very hospitable and kind hosts, Bro Jon and Sis Maricar Diomampo. We love their home. My kids like playong with young Diomampos. Even Yaya Maria is an angel. These people are God's way of saying how generous and loving He is! Mga buhay na patotoo ng pagmamahal ng Panginoon. The meals served are served with sharing of stories and inspiration, and prayers, led by Bro. Jon. And Sis. Maricar will always have goodies for the kids the following day to bring to the venue as "baon". So sweet and thoughtful family. God is great!

During the healing sessions, although we cannot come down to Bro. Bob to be prayed over, I can feel God;s healing power around me. Overflowing. Touching evrybody in the coliseum! God is powerful and omnipotent!

See you next KCON! :)
